Back from hiatus...

Yes yes... I'm back. So many people have told me to update my blog. Been out of the blogging scene for about a month now. I have my reasons! To make it short and simple: 1) Workload (long hours); 2) Computer hit by virus so had to reinstall O/S (another story I will have to elaborate on); 3) Laziness? :P

Status for now: Just came back from a long weekend in Singapore. It was absolute bliss! Spent the day shopping, walking about town... taking the MRT whenever and wherever I want to go. So convenient! And there are so many things to buy! There was a lingerie fair at Takashimaya (my usual hangout spot), and boy, did I just go credit-card swiping-crazy there... Haha... I think I looked like I had never bought a single lingerie in my life?! Haha.... And I bought a nice skirt for only SGD8! What a bargain!! :P

Went to watch the Rugby Sevens game there, to watch NZ play and kick some butt. But they were disappointing, to say the least. They didn't even win any of the games in Day 2. They lost to Samoa!! Sigh... We got on the wrong bus on the way back from Kallang Stadium, but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The bus took us to Marine Parade, which was where I used to hang out a lot during my secondary school days. So we ended up having dinner there and the bus took us the same route I used to take to school. We saw the TKGS old and new building... such memories. Sigh...

Everytime I go to S'pore, I feel like that's where I should be. I like the city so much... I feel so at home there. Maybe I should just move there? Hmm... This is really something to think about. But then, I say that all the time but never done anything about it. :P

I agree. No guarantees the workload will be less coz that's the nature of your profession. But then again, it might be fun because you're on holiday there. If you worked there, it might be a totally different story.

I like it there too. Maybe I'll move there with you! Hahahah.... :P
